All products developed and distributed by Neuron Entertainment (a.k.a. Neuron Games) can be found on the official Neuron online store here.

Inside the USA all orders are shipped using US Post Office Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. You may also opt to use this method when shipping over seas; however, delivery confirmation is not available. If you opt to use US Priority Mail for an overseas order, Neuron can not track the delivery of a package, and therefore will not be responsible for any lost orders.

All other means of shipping available for orders may cost more, especially for overseas, but do supply insurance and tracking.

If an order is returned to Neuron Entertainment, Inc. for any reason, Neuron will refund the amount of the purchase minus shipping and handling. At our discretion, we may levee a restocking fee of 15% of the cost of items returned.

Orders placed from a Colorado location, will have Colorado sales tax applied to the order.

Normally we do not ship game boxes via direct mail order. If a game ships with its own box, that will be noted on the information page for that product.

All orders from Neuron Entertainment, Inc. may be returned within 30 days for a refund. In order to return or exchange all or part of an order, the guidelines described below must be met.

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging including manuals, accessories, cables, etc. Software may not be returned if opened. The return package must be post marked no later than 30 days from the date that the merchandice was recieved. If the order was shipped using a non-trackable means of shipping, the return package must be post marked no later than 35 days from the date that the merchandise was shipped. All free items must be returned together with purchased items in order to receive a full refund. Any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order will not be refunded. At our discretion, we may levee a restocking fee of 15% of the cost of items returned. Any vouchers or gift certificates earned by a returned order will be voided, and the voucher amount will be charged to any order to which it was applied.

GamePotato.com is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Items to be returned should be packed carefully. Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since GamePotato.com cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured.

There is no refund for downloadable software. Unfortunately this is due to the extreme amount of piracy in the video game market. If you have trouble recieving the download for some reason you are encouraged to contact NeuronGames.com for a resolution.

Using your credit card online is very safe. All of your personal information, such as your credit card number is digitally encrypted using industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) technology. Any time you buy something from the Neuron's Online Store you can be certain that your information is being protected to the best of our ability.

To insure against fraud, Neuron Games, Inc. will not ship to anyone whos credit card can not be verified as being the rightful owner of the card. All orders are verified before any charges are made and product shipment occurs.
